Turnaround & Proofs
How long will my order take?
You’ll get a digital mockup within 1–2 business days after placing your order. Once you approve it, production usually takes 3–10 business days, plus shipping time.
Can I speed things up?
Yes! Let us know your deadline—we offer rush production and expedited shipping for an additional fee.
Order Minimums & Customization
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Nope! You can order just one hat or a hundred. Orders under 12 hats may include a small setup fee.
Can I mix styles or colors in one order?
Absolutely! You can mix and match styles, patch colors, or quantities within the same order.
Samples & Mockups
Can I see a preview before it’s made?
Definitely! Every order includes a digital proof for your approval.
Can I request revisions?
Yes—one revision is free, and you can request additional tweaks before final approval.
Shipping & Pickup
Do you ship internationally?
No—as of right now we only ship within the US.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, just include the addresses in your order notes. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Can I pick up locally?
If you’re nearby, local pickup is available—just let us know at checkout.
Order Modifications, Cancellations & Returns
Can I make changes after ordering?
Yes, but only before you approve the mockup or before production begins.
What about cancellations?
You can cancel before your final mockup approval. A small fee may apply depending on how far along production is.
What’s your return policy?
Because all hats are custom-made, they generally can’t be returned. If your order has defects or an error, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Quality & Craft
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality blanks—Richardson, Yupoong, Decky—and leatherette patches. Every hat is crafted with care.
How do you attach patches?
Our patches are bonded using a custom process that’s durable, neat, and built to last.
Tracking & Reordering
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number.
Can I reorder the same design?
Yes! Just select “I’ve ordered with this logo before” during checkout and we’ll use your saved artwork for faster processing.
